The Panama Jazz Festival is one of Latin America's most prominent cultural events. Having an extraordinary product isn't enough if the seats aren't full. The festival needed to sell more tickets (especially in presale), maintain its position as a cultural reference, and build a database independent from social media algorithms.
I designed a complete multi-channel strategy: digital audit, Google Ads and Meta Ads with precise segmentation, email marketing with automated sequences, purchase flow optimisation in the online store, and platform-specific content strategy.
+48% revenue vs prior year. 3 of 5 concerts sold out. 32,613 attendees. 4 million+ impressions. Database grew from 700 to 5,000+ contacts (614%). Email open rate: 42% vs industry average of 25.75%.
